SC: Suo Motu Cognisance Taken on Allahabad HC Decision that Grabbing Breasts Won’t Constitute Rape - 26.03.2025

Supreme Court has taken suo motu cognizance of Allahabad High Court’s holding that grabbing the breasts of a minor girl, breaking the string of her pyjama would not come under the offence of rape or an attempt to rape.
