Ker. HC: Can’t Burden Tenant to Pay Substantial Arrears Due to Delay in Proceedings - 25.03.2025

Kerala High Court has observed that a tenant who has been ordered to pay enhanced fair rent to the landlord cannot be burdened with substantial amount of arrears only because there was delay in completion of judicial proceedings.
