J&K HC: Indian Army doesn’t Fall Within the Definition of ‘Industry’ - 25.03.2025

Jammu and Kashmir High Court while setting aside Labour Court’s order directing reinstatement of petitioners serving as porters in the Indian Army, has held that the Army does not fall within the definition of an 'Industry' and thus, the Labour Court had no jurisdiction to entertain the case.
