NCLAT: Can’t Terminate Lease Hold Rights in Favor of CD During Moratorium Period - 24.03.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that there cannot be a termination of lease hold rights in favour of Corporate Debtor during the moratorium period under Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
