NCLT Kochi: As Per IBBI Regulations, Replaced Liquidator Entitled to Minimum 2 Lakh Rupees - 24.03.2025

NCLT Kochi bench has held that as per the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, replaced/outgoing liquidator is entitled to a minimum fee of Rs. 2 Lakh for the tenure he has worked.
