Supreme Court: BCI Has No Authority to Interfere with Legal Education - 24.03.2025

Supreme Court while dismissing Bar Council of India's challenge to a Kerala High Court order allowing murder convicts to attend law classes online, has observed that the Bar Council of India has no authority to interfere with matters relating to legal education.
