NCLAT: Post-Submission, CoC Can’t Remit Approved Resolution Plan - 21.03.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that Committee of Creditors (CoC) cannot remit Resolution Plan for fresh consideration once it has been approved by CoC and submitted to the Adjudicating Authority.
