NCLAT: Can’t Consider Allottee Financial Creditor When Allotted Unit Cancelled at their Request - 21.03.2025

NCLAT New Delhi has held that there cannot be a consideration of an allottee of a unit as a financial creditor if the allotted unit has been cancelled at their request.
