NCLAT: Can’t Admit Application u/s 9 of IBC When Debt is Discharged after Receipt of Demand Notice - 21.03.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that application under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 cannot be admitted if the corporate debtor discharges the debt in question after the issuance of demand notice under Section 8 of IBC.
