Raj. HC: If More than 1 Delinquent Employees, Composite Enquiry only Possible if Authority is Same - 21.03.2025

Rajasthan High Court has observed that if there are more than one delinquent employees then composite disciplinary proceedings can take place against them only when competent and disciplinary authorities of all such delinquent employees are the same.
