SC: Before Complainant Adopts Remedy u/s 156(3) of CrPC, He Must Exhaust Remedies u/s 154 - 21.03.2025

SC has observed that before a complainant chooses to adopt a remedy under Section 156(3) of the CrPC, 1973 he must exhaust his remedies under sub-Sections (1) and (3) of Section 154 of the CrPC, 1973 and he must make those averments in the complaint and produce the documents in support.
