Ker. HC: Quashing Charges u/s 185 MV Act Won’t Nullify Prosecution u/s 279 of IPC - 20.03.2025

Kerala High Court has observed that there is absolutely no merger of the ingredients of Section 279 of IPC, 1860 and Section 185 of the MV Act, 1988 to hold that a finding against one of the aforesaid Sections would nullify the prosecution initiated under the other section.
