SC Grants Relief to BAMS Student Who Was Denied Degree - 20.03.2025

SC has granted relief to a BAMS student who was denied degree because he did not meet the eligibility criteria of studying English in 12th class at time of admission to the Course. Court directed that the student shall be permitted to complete his course pursuant to which the degree shall be issued.
