SC Questions Involvement of Bar Members in Permanent Committee Assigning Marks to Candidates - 20.03.2025

Supreme Court has questioned inclusions of two members of the bar as part of the machinery which evaluates and assigns marks to the lawyers who are candidates for senior advocate designations.
