Ker. HC: Violence in Visual Media Can Have Undesirable Effect on People - 19.03.2025

Kerala High Court has observed that violence in visual media can have an undesirable effect on people because of glorification of violence. On the other hand, to what extent it can be shown depends on what is public morality, what is constitutional morality.
