P&H HC: Standards will Dilute if No Minimum Marks Prescribed in Judiciary Exams - 19.03.2025

Punjab and Haryana High Court has stated that it is imperative that only persons with a prescribed minimum of said qualities/capacities should be selected in judiciary exams, as otherwise the standard of judiciary would get diluted and sub-standard candidates may get selected.
