SC: Direction Can be Issued to Transfer Compensation to Bank Account of Claimants - 19.03.2025

SC has observed that the general practice followed by insurance companies, where compensation is not disputed, is to deposit it before the Tribunal. Instead of following that process, a direction can be issued to transfer the amount into the bank account of claimant with intimation to the Tribunal.
