Supreme Court Sets Aside Bar by NGT on Auroville Township Project - 18.03.2025

Supreme Court while setting aside National Green Tribunal’s order barring Auroville Foundation from developmental activities in their township, has stated that there is a need for sustainable development striking a golden balance between the right to development and the right to clean environment.
