Ker. HC: Can’t Hold Person Liable for Act Committed on Body he Believes to be Lifeless - 17.03.2025

Kerala High Court has observed that if an act is committed on a body which a person believed to be lifeless at the time of commission of such act, the offence is not attracted as when the act was performed the person did not have the intention of causing death or harm.
