AP HC: There should be Application of Mind before Issuing LOC - 17.03.2025

Andhra Pradesh HC while holding that authorities should apply mind to the facts of each case before issuing a Look-Out Circular (LOC), has observed that LOC has adverse consequences as it makes a person surrender and consequentially interferes with his right to personal liberty and free movement.
