Bombay High Court: Criteria of Entitlement to Pension is Retirement - 17.03.2025

Bombay High Court has observed that the criteria of entitlement to pension is retirement and mode of retirement for pension is irrelevant for the purpose of Section 14 and 15(1) of High Court Judges (Salaries and Conditions of Services) Act 1954.
