Delhi HC: Enquiry u/s 11 of A&C Act Limited to Existence of Arbitration Agreement - 13.03.2025

Delhi High Court while reiterating the scope of the inquiry under Section 11 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, stated that the scope is limited to examining the prima facie existence of the arbitration agreement.
