Cal HC: To Prove Fraud in Arbitral Award, Important to Demonstrate Unethical Behaviour of Arbitrator - 11.03.2025

Calcutta High Court has observed that in order to prove that passing of award has been vitiated by fraud, it is important for the parties to show that arbitrator’s unethical behaviour surpassed all moral standards.
