Rajasthan HC: Tenancy Act Mandates Maintainability of Revision Petition Only in “Decided” Case - 10.03.2025

Rajasthan HC has observed that the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 mandates the maintainability of the revision petition only in a “decided” case by the subordinate revenue court where no appeal lies and secondly, on the ground of jurisdictional error committed by the lower revenue courts.
