SC: Considering Section 319 CrPC Application After Trial Based On HC's Revision Order Not Illegal - 10.03.2025

SC has observed that if HC passes an order in exercise of its revisional jurisdiction by either setting aside or modifying the order of Trial Court for purpose of Section 319 of CrPC, the same would relate back to the original order passed by Trial Court and substitute it to extent of modification.
