Bombay High Court Rejects Criminal Proceedings under PCPNDT Act - 25.08.2015

Bombay HC while rejecting proceeding initiated against two doctors, charged under Pre-Conception Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PCPNDT) Act, has held that radiologist are not liable to maintain details in Form F.It is pure clerical work and doctor can't be prosecuted for non-maintenance of it.
