Bombay High Court to Decide if Donuts & Cakes Should be Taxed under GST - 06.03.2025

Bombay High Court has addressed the issue of whether the supply of donuts falls within the ambit of restaurant services and is set to decide whether donuts & cakes should be taxed at 5% or 18% under Goods and Services Tax.
