Tel. HC: Mandatory for SCN Issued on Online Portal to Have Digital Signature of Competent Authority - 05.03.2025

Telangana High Court has observed that show-cause notices issued on the online portal under Chapter XVII of the Central/Telangana State Goods and Services Rules, 2017 (GST Rules) shall mandatorily have appropriate officer's digital signature in order to be valid.
