Orissa HC Permits Termination of More than 24 Weeks Pregnancy - 04.03.2025

Ori HC has allowed a minor rape victim aged about 13-year-old to undergo medical termination of more than 24-week-old pregnancy & stated that forcing a child to carry a pregnancy to term would place an unbearable burden on her body & mind, one that she is neither prepared for nor capable of bearing.
