NCLAT: No Jurisdiction on NCLT to Convict Person for Offence under Section 68 of IBC - 03.03.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that the in view of Section 236(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) lacks jurisdiction to convict a person for an offence under Section 68 of IBC.
