SC: Disputed Questions of Fact Won’t Affect Jurisdiction of Writ Court to Grant Relief - 03.03.2025

SC has observed that normally, disputed questions of fact are not investigated or adjudicated by a writ court while exercising powers u/a 226 of COI but mere existence of disputed question of fact, by itself, does not take away jurisdiction of court in granting appropriate relief to the party.
