Delhi HC Denies to Stay DGCA’s Order on Baggage Fee - 30.06.2016

Delhi HC has denied to stay aviation regulator DGCA's decision to lower the fee structure for excess checked-in baggage carried by fliers, with Government fixing a rate of Rs 100 per additional kg.
