Delhi HC: In Disputes Relating to MSME Parties, MSMED Act Will Prevail Over Arbitration Act - 27.02.2025

Delhi High Court has observed that in disputes pertaining to a party which is an MSME, MSMED Act, 2006 governing a very specific nature of disputes concerning MSMEs would prevail over Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
