Bombay HC: Customs Department to Explain How Show Cause Notice Isn’t Barred by Limitation - 27.02.2025

Bombay High Court while hearing Skoda Auto Volkswagen India's petition challenging tax demand by Indian Customs authority, has asked the Customs Authority to file an affidavit explaining how the show-cause notice issued to the company is not barred by limitation.
