Del. HC: Court’s Approach While Dealing with Candidates under RPwD Act Must be Different - 25.02.2025

Delhi HC has stated that the approach of a Court, while dealing with candidates who fall within the parameters of the RPWD Act has to be qualitatively different from that which is adopted in case of normally abled candidates and Court must be sensitized to the necessity for reasonable accommodation.
