Del HC: Sending Legal Notice Can’t be Considered Compliance of Commercial Courts Act - 24.02.2025

Delhi High Court has observed that the act of issuing legal notice or mediation request cannot be considered as compliance of Section 12A of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
