SC Stays Order of NCLAT Allowing Take Over of Pending Housing Projects - 24.02.2025

Supreme Court has stayed an order passed by NCLAT that allowed National Building Constructions Corporation (India) Limited to take over pending projects of Supertech Limited. The Court has further asked stakeholders to submit alternative proposals for project completion.
