SC Issues Notice in Challenge to Delhi HC Conferment of Senior Designations - 20.02.2025

Supreme Court has issued notice to Registrar General of the Delhi High Court and Senior Advocate Sudhir Nandrajog in a writ petition challenging Delhi High Court's conferment of 'Senior Designation' on 70 advocates.
