Ker. HC: For Promoting Enmity on Grounds of Religion, Mandatory Jail Sentence Must be Given - 20.02.2025

Kerala High Court while considering a bail application, has observed that there should be mandatory jail sentence for persons promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion.
