SC Fines State/UP for Failing to Report compliance of Domestic Violence Act - 19.02.2025

Supreme Court has imposed costs on State and Union Territories for failing to comply with directives on implementation of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (DV Act).
