Guj. HC: Can’t Raise Plea of Not Receiving Signed Copy of Award for the First Time in Appeal - 19.02.2025

Gujarat High Court has observed that the plea that signed copy of the award was not received by the party cannot be raised for the first time in appeal under section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
