NCLAT: Can’t Change Related Party Status Estb. through Agreement by Sending Notice against Terms - 18.02.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that by sending a termination notice against the expressed terms of the agreement, related party status established through an agreement under Section 5(24) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) cannot be changed.
