Utt. HC: State Not Prohibiting Live-in-Relationships, Only Requires Registration - 18.02.2025

Uttarakhand High Court while hearing a petition challenging certain provisions of Uttarakhand's Uniform Civil Code (UCC), has remarked that the State Government in not prohibiting live-in relationships but only requires their registration.
