SC: Rohingya Children Can Approach HC if Denied Admission in School Even after being Eligible - 18.02.2025

SC has stated that the appropriate course of action for Rohingya children seeking admission in Delhi Schools would be to first approach the concerned government schools and in the event of denial of admission, if they are entitled to such admission, the concerned children can approach the Delhi HC.
