SC Calls for Suggestion in Preventing Suffering of Adolescent Girls in POCSO Cases - 14.02.2025

Supreme Court while hearing a matter where a minor girl victim of sexual assault married the man charged under POCSO Act, 2012 has called for suggestions from Amici Curiae for prevention of suffering of adolescent girls in such matters.
