Del. HC: Can’t Set Aside Award When Objection Not Raised before Arbitrator or Court - 13.02.2025

Delhi High Court has held that an award cannot be set aside for the reason that appointment of Arbitrator was illegal, when such objection was not raised before the Arbitrator or the court under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
