J&K HC: Award Passed under MSME Act Can’t be Challenged before HC - 13.02.2025

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that a party cannot challenge an award passed under the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (MSME Act) before the High Court as the statutory authority provided under the Act must be exhausted.
