Gujarat High Court: Cannot Deny Promotion because of Health Issues - 13.02.2025

Gujarat High Court while hearing a plea regarding discrimination in promotion to higher post in CRPF on the grounds that the candidate has HIV-AIDS, has observed that if the candidate meets all the eligibility criteria then promotion cannot be denied in ministerial posts due to health issues.
