Gujarat High Court: Police is Not there to Conciliate Matters - 11.02.2025

Gujarat High Court while hearing a matter concerning alleged fraudulent transactions over sale of two plots where police allegedly asked the parties to settle the matter, has observed that the police have to simply investigate the case and they are not there to conciliate anything.
