Kar. HC: Can Quash Cr. Proceedings on Basis of Witness Statements only in Rare Cases - 10.02.2025

Karnataka High Court has observed that criminal proceedings can be quashed on the basis of witness proceedings only under rare and exceptional circumstances when such statements would clearly indicate a further proceeding to become an abuse of the process.
